What a gem ….. My girlfriend and I were visiting the area during Valentines weekend and decided to take up a suggestion to try AHSM – and it was awesome! The staff was extremely friendly even with the craze of lines forming out the door but surprisingly our order was taken and we were seated well before we thought possible. The food is simply amazing – fresh, hot and well-prepared.

So good. The seafood is very fresh and selections are many! This place cooks it to your liking. Hush puppie are so good and the perfect size. Be sure to come hungry because you won’t want to leave a bight on your plate. Plan on taking my sister there for lunch tomorrow! Not a fancy place but excellent food and service!

Best seafood I have had. Everything is very fresh. Even the catfish tastes like it was just pulled from the pond. A little cramped and you may have to wait but it is well worth it. I have eaten many times and have never been disapointed. They have a good variety of dished and even sell fresh fish.

It’s the best crab cake I’ve ever had, south of Maryland, lots of crab and not much breading. The fried shrimp were actually lightly battered and tasty as it gets.

I was in Gainesville for 4 days and ate here 3 times. Food is the freshest I have had, Tried oyster poboy twice and seafood platter the other. Other people in party had different things and all were very pleased. Location is not the most desirable and hours are funny, but hey, it is well worth it.

All that was expected. Fresh fish and seafood. The ceviche was excellent. Make sure you get the egg rolls which are more like spring rolls but they were delicious. Always packed, but lunch was less so. We sat outside in the sun eating fresh fish….whats better?

We had our lunch here on our way from Atlanta to Helen. The small restaurant was decorated well, and the atmosphere was good, with locals chatting lightly around you. Our food came out fast even if the place was packed with people. The staffs were very friendly and attentive.

I ordered the blackened catfish. I must admit, it was good. (The first order of fish was cold and they brought me some more fresh fish.) My co-workers ordered the shrimp. They say it was good.
The food was good and the service was also good. If you’re ever in this area/part of town, try this place out for lunch.

Atlanta Seafood is amazing! The fish are always fresh and cooked right. The gumbo is fantastic and the staff are friendly and attentive. Get there early, they are always busy and I see why.

I ate lunch here with a friend and found the food well prepared and delicious. I ordered the fried shrimp and scallops platter which came with french fries, cole slaw and drink. The scallops were succulent and tender, and the shrimp fried to perfection. The portions were generous, the price reasonable, and the service friendly and attentive

Amazing! Only going to the beach, can you get this quality of seafood! I had catfish, oysters and large shrimp with fries coleslaw and hush puppies! I t was only 14.99! That was also 2 meals for me since the plates are piled full! I love this place! Go early to miss the crowds!
